Fat Zombies has been designed to give you two benefits each time you play a game with it: Develop an experience of victory over the bad food temptation. The game offers a reality in which junk food is associated with various aversive stimuli for your mind to integrate these elements into your mental map of nutrition. You may play a game every time you are tempted to eat something you really shouldn t eat or before meals. In addition, Fat Zombies is available for iPhone, so you can play games anywhere without depending on your computer. The bad food craving reduction process using this strategy is based on the following points: Every sensation at the mental level consists of various elements (images, sounds, physiology...)
